  1. Taking Beef Liver in a pot add whole spices to it. Then add Ginger-Garlic paste, Onion paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, cumin seed powder and salt asper taste. 1 tbsp oil is to add with it. Now intermix all these ingredients by a stirrer or a spoon.
  2. Place the pot duly tightened its lid on a medium flame. Opening the lid after 8 to 10 minutes there is much water found expelled from the liver. Singe till drying up this water by stirring time to time. After singing in this way the malodour of raw spices will be no more. When liver-water becomes dry leaving a oily condition add only about a cup of water to it. This is for dried curry but for soupy curry proportionate quantity of more water can be added.
  3. Cook for a further period of time duly tightened the lid till drying up the water. When soup drys i.e. the curry becomes waterless add onion formerly cut and green chilli slices. At the same time add cloves of garlic. Then spread a little quantity of Garam Masala powder and keep at a very mild heat tightened the lid for 10 minutes to complete cooking of Dry Beef Liver Curry.
  4. Now this homemade palatable Beef Liver Curry can be served by taking in a serving plate.
