Setting a pan on flame pour 1 tbsp Oil and 1 tbsp Ghee in the heated pan and when oil & ghee become hot add Chopped Onion, Black pepper, Cardamom and Cinnamon. Fry time to time stirring until the Onion turns to golden brown color. Then add Ginger-garlic paste and stirring for a while give some water. Since the pasted masala in oil may have possibility of burning for this some water is to add. Thereafter, add nutmeg & mace paste, cumin seed paste, coriander powder and salt asper taste. Intermix all these ingredients properly through stirring for sometime. Adding food color give some water and stirring for a while to add Red chilli powder. In this way singe all these spices well and thereafter add water as needed. When water starts boiling give the Chicken pieces in it. Cook 8 to 10 minutes duly tightened the pan's lid. After 8 to 10 minutes capsize the Chicken pieces opening the lid with care so that those pieces do not break.
