At first cut mushroom into equal pieces and the chicken into a little bit bigger than the medium size. Smear chicken pieces with little salt and ground black pepper properly. Heat some oil in a pan and fry chicken pieces in hot oil. Chicken becomes boiled shortly so too much frying is not necessary. After frying lower part of the chicken pieces for 2 minutes capsize to fry upper part for another 2 minutes. Put the chicken pieces out of the flame when become reddish color.
