  1. At first cut away hard stalks of parsley leaves and chop finely. In the case of unavailability of parsley leaves coriander can also be used as an alternative. Peeling off the skin of two garlic cloves chop them finely too. Mix parsley leaves and garlic-cuts with Mozzarella cheese properly. Mozzarella cheese, parsley leaves and garlic—combination of these three will spread a fine Garlic Toast flavor on the Bread slices.
  2. Take the mixture as need and scatter on the bread slice for topping. Likewise topping is to complete of all the 4 bread slices.
  3. Now a fry pan is to make much heated at medium flame. Give the topping made bread slices to the hot pan and tighten its lid to cook finely at medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes. By this time Mozzarella cheese found melted and the bread slices become toasted properly.
  4. Side by side heat oil in another fry pan. Then crack the eggs in an small bowl. It is often found that to add cracked eggs direct to the heated oil may accompany some particles of egg-shell. Moreover shape of eggs appears not good. So adding cracked eggs in a bowl to hot oil be convenient to check shell-particles and yield better shape. Spread ground black pepper on the eggs. The yolks can either be made harder or kept unboiled asper choice. Here the yolks are kept at an optimum level i.e., neither too hard nor fully unboiled.
  5. Now take the toasted bread slices in a plate and keep the eggs with it. Thus this easy home made delicious Omelette Egg Toast can be served in breakfast.
