At first grate the potatoes. Taking the grated potato and flour in a bowl add salt asper taste. Thereafter, add one by one Ginger-garlic paste, Chopped Green chilli, Chopped Coriander leaves, Onion paste, Asafoetida and Black seed duly mashed by hands. Add 1 tsp oil and intermix all these ingredients by hand in the form of dough with patience. Normally no water needs not to add to make this dough. But in case of genuine need a little water can be added to the mixture.
