  1. At first grate the potatoes. Taking the grated potato and flour in a bowl add salt asper taste. Thereafter, add one by one Ginger-garlic paste, Chopped Green chilli, Chopped Coriander leaves, Onion paste, Asafoetida and Black seed duly mashed by hands. Add 1 tsp oil and intermix all these ingredients by hand in the form of dough with patience. Normally no water needs not to add to make this dough. But in case of genuine need a little water can be added to the mixture.

  2. After mixing a nice dough will be prepared which needs to keep in rest duly covered by a lid for 15 to 20 minutes to be set. Smearing oil in both the hands the dough is to mash further and mash with some flour if it is found too soft. Surface on which the Poori is to roll and the roller should be finely smeared with oil.

  3. Taking the mixture as needed smear little oil of its both sides and roll round shaped. Heating oil on flame in a pan for deep-frying the Potato pooris. To fry any type of Poori the oil requires adequately heated otherwise Poori will not swell up to the expected level. Press the pooris in oil with a spoon while frying to facilitate those swelled up. In this way the pooris are to fry till turning to golden-brown color.

  4. Taste of this hot Potato poori is exorbitant and if it is taken with some salad or sauce its taste knows no bound. On completion of frying all the Potato Pooris are to be taken in a serving plate to serve conveniently.
