  1. Blend Cheese with Icing sugar because blending of Cheese makes the Sandesh exorbitantly soft. Then knead this blended Cheese properly by hand. Singe the Cheese with sugar in a pan on the stove for 3 to 4 minutes at mild heat through continuous stirring. Due to this singeing and stirring a nice flavor will spread removing the existing rawness of the cheese and taste of Sandesh increases to a great extent.
  2. Now taking out of the stove add a little quantity of Cardamom powder and mix it by stirring properly. Sandesh can be made in different ways say, if desires the flavor of cashew, 4/5 pieces whole of it are to mix duly powdered. In the same manner pistachio or peanut can be added for the purpose too. However, if the mixture appears hard then knead for sometime to make it soft.
  3. Taking a little mixture with 2 to 3 cut-pieces of Pistachio make round-shaped by hand or by using mold. Adding of Pistachio is absolutely optional i.e., no harm if it is not done. But it seems that the Pistachio increases the taste to some extent and the Sandesh becomes good looking. At this stage 2/3 cut-pieces of Pistachio are set on the upper surface of round-shaped Sandesh duly pressed.
  4. All Sandesh pieces are to make of same size and shape in the similar way. Now-a-days different types of molds are available which can be used to make designing Sandesh pieces asper choice.
