Mashed Eggplant is normally a tasteful item of food and when it is prepared by adding various spicy ingredients the taste simply becomes much more. Now to see how this tasty food can be prepared at home easily using necessary ingredients.
At first taking the Eggplant and 2 cloves of garlic in a pot add small water to boil eggplant duly tightened the lid. Mash eggplant when it is boiled. Since eggplant is too hot mashing can be easily done by masher.
Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped onion in hot oil. But too much frying is not necessary. Add chopped Green chilli and Sesame and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. When chopped Onion found becoming soft add formerly cut Tomato.
Stirring for sometime add salt asper taste and tighten the lid so as to boil tomato quickly. Stir for further sometime and then add mashed Eggplant to it. Adding Eggplant maximise flame more than the medium level and ensure continuous stirring so that water is to evaporate from the Mash.
Mashed Eggplant prepared in this way is highly palatable to eat. It can be served with any type of rice, bread or Poratha. Preparing Sandwich with this Mashed Eggplant becomes very tasteful too.
When water found dried up and the Mashed Eggplant becomes somewhat waterless take it out of the flame for serving.
