  1. Take Potato and Tuna fish in a mixing bowl, then add one by one Ginger-Garlic paste, Chopped Green chilli, Onion paste, Chopped Coriander leaves, Gram flour, Ground Cumin seed, Garam Masala powder and Salt asper taste. Intermix all these ingredients properly.
  2. Now taking small quantity of mixture prepare kebabs. Equal quantity of mixture is to take for preparing the kebabs all are of equal size. Kebabs can be made of any size asper choice. After preparing all the kebabs require to coat with egg and biscuit powder.
  3. At first eggs are to beat by a fork in a bowl properly. Now taking one kebab at a time steep it to beaten egg by one hand and roll down it in bread crumbs by the other hand. Thus all the kebabs are to be coated properly. Then keep the kebabs in rest for 10 to 15 minutes to be settled the crumbs so that the same may not scatter in oil at the time of frying.
  4. Heat oil in a pan to fry the kebabs in dipped oil. When the oil becomes hot dip the kebabs in the heated oil to fry taking proportionate quantity at a time so that they do not break down. Taking excessive quantity of kebabs may cause the possibility of breaking while frying. Capsize the kebabs from time to time so that all sides are equally fried. In this way fry the kebabs till they turn into golden brown color.
  5. Tuna fish kebab prepared in this way is very tasteful and easily can be done at home to eat this palatable food item. However, after completion of frying take the kebabs out of the oil by a stainer to serve preferably with any kind of rice, bread or Poratha.
